Shipping & Returns
We use Sendle for all our online orders. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For orders of $100.00 inc GST or more shipping is FREE Australia wide.
For orders under $100.00 a flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies.
We currently only deliver within Australia.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Showbags or containing perishable goods (such as chocolate or confectionary) or personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- Prepaid Ride or Games Tokens.
- Discounted items or gift cards.
Showbag City does not provide refunds for change of mind returns.
Should your item be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If a product is damaged, please include a photo.
If your return is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3 - 7 working days for refunds to be processed by the nominated bank.
